Suspended unit heaters can be installed for either vertical or horizontal discharge applications. Discharge fan forced heaters have an 18 gauge steel cabinet housing with a long-lasting powder coat finish. These fan forced heaters feature spiral fin steel element with continuously brazed steel fins that allow side draw through airflow. Fan forced heaters include individually adjustable louvers for directional control of air flow up to 15° from straight horizontal position. The automatic reset limit de-energizes these heaters if over-heating occurs. Fan over-ride purges electric heaters of residual heat at shutdown. Control compartment housing has a hinged and latched access door that allows access to wiring for installation and maintenance. Suspended unit heaters feature a totally enclosed 1-speed permanently lubricated thermally protected motor with unit bearings. UL approved. 1 Year Limited Warranty.
